Project: Mallin Review of GB Basketball
KKP led and managed the review of GB and England Basketball governance, management, structure, elite performance and participation programmes. This evaluated links between corporate governance and performance programmes and assessed where and how GB Basketball and BBL could source and develop talent to take British basketball to the next level. It also looked at the role and function of all the various basketball bodies in the UK and how governance and development of the sport could be better orchestrated.
