Management options appraisals and procurement
We provide practical advice and support to local authorities (and other clients) reviewing future management options and delivery requirements for their services. This is informed by our extensive portfolio of consultancy assignments in this field underpinned by our own direct practical experience managing local government services. Unlike many others, we have the knowledge and experience to both evaluate and set out both the fiscal and commercial value of different options and to fully factor in how required strategic social outcomes are to be achieved and measured.
