Evaluation and research

Monitoring & evaluation

Effective evaluation; measuring performance and proving impact in the context of people’s lifestyles, participation, conversion rates, health and well-being plus elite performance programmes is essential to validate service/programme investment and demonstrate value. We support clients to consider and specify their information/insight requirements and to deliver and refine performance management processes.

Accuracy, clarity and accessibility are key as is information presentation to enable effective policy formation and resource allocation. We ensure that detailed, accurate, high-quality information is used to gauge outcome delivery and provide accurate assessment in respect of return on investment. A key strength is turning data into intelligence and translating findings into useable practical ideas and creating impact measurement devices.

We evaluate behaviour, opinion, expectations and variance by personal characteristics and circumstances. This focuses on experiences, behavioural change, key triggers, the impact of training, development and peers, information, the quality and timing of opportunity, communication methods and ‘influencers’. This can be accompanied by time series-based evaluation to gauge change over time, variance by age etc. This helps determine optimum impact, key points for/approaches to intervention, impact and effectiveness.
