KKP managed the feasibility study, developed masterplan specification and delivered business planning and a capital cost appraisal for an extensive £30million+ project for Oundle School (Northamptonshire). Under this scheme the school has developed a campus style sports village to service school, community, elite sports and commercial guest and activity use.
This multi-phase development incorporates a major double court hall, 6-lane 50m pool, extensive fitness, strength and conditioning provision, multiple grass pitches, floodlit artificial grass hockey pitches, specialist cricket and tennis provision, athletics, squash, fives and large scale match-day hospitality facilities. The sports hall converts into an indoor events space that is able to seat 1,800 guests.
